È un piatto ricco e completo che comprende carboidrati complessi, proteine, grassi sani. Proprio per questo può anche rappresentare un piatto unico, se accompagnato con un una bella porzione di verdura cotta o cruda. La farina di semola integrale è particolarmente adatta alla preparazione di pane e pasta per il suo colore giallognolo più “corposo” e la sua consistenza più decisa e rustica, che fa si che la preparazione si fonda bene con il condimento. I vantaggi dell’integrale, inoltre, sono tanti per la nostra salute: la fibra che contiene aiuta a migliorare il transito intestinale, conferisce sazietà e nutre la flora intestinale, che lavora insieme al nostro organismo per farci stare bene.
Una ricetta un po’ più laboriosa per via della preparazione dell’impasto e della farcitura dei ravioli, ma è ottima per pranzi e cene dei giorni di festa. È una preparazione che sposa bene la delicatezza del ripieno di pesce con il condimento più saporito ed aromatico.
