I grissini, celebri prodotti della tradizione torinese, famosi in tutto il mondo, vengono proposti in questa ricetta in una versione smart. La quantità di sale è stata, infatti, notevolmente ridotta, rispetto alla preparazione tradizionale. La farina utilizzata per l’impasto è di tipo 1. Si tratta di una farina che si differenzia della più classica di tipo 00 per la presenza di una piccola quantità di crusca, la parte più esterna del chicco di grano, e di germe, la parte più interna. Queste due componenti rendono la farina di tipo 1 più ricca dal punto di vista nutrizionale rispetto alla 00, poiché conferiscono sali minerali, vitamine e fibra.
I grissini sono un sostituto del pane, pertanto possono accompagnare secondi piatti e contorni. Ci si può divertire in cucina aggiungendo all’impasto spezie ed aromi, come rosmarino, salvia e timo, oppure semi oleosi come noci e mandorle, così da rendere il tutto ancora più gustoso.
